Paul Lotierzo

Paul Lotierzo (he/him) is the Director of Development at Athlete Ally — a nonprofit organization fighting to end homophobia and transphobia in sport and to activate the athletic community to champion LGBTQI+ inclusion. In his role, Paul leads the annual fundraising plan and is responsible for managing relationships with Athlete Ally’s individual contributors, corporate partners, and institutional funders. He

works with the development team, board of directors, volunteer committees, and program staff on fundraising initiatives to advance the organization’s mission.

Paul has spent the better part of the last ten years fundraising and advocating for nonprofits in the LGBTQI+ and social justice space. He has served as a volunteer leader on the Greater New York Steering Committee for the Human Rights Campaign, the Young Leaders Council at the New York City LGBT Center, and as Co-Chair of the Tampa Gala Fundraising Committee for Equality Florida.

He has a storied history of involvement with Immigration Equality and is thrilled to continue supporting and uplifting the mission as a member of the organization’s Associate Board.
