Provides invaluable Practice Advisories on current issues in immigration law.
Asylum Law.org
Provides very useful information about asylum law in the U.S. and internationally. Links directly to human rights websites to research country conditions. Has database ranking Immigration Judge’s on frequency of asylum grants.
Center for Gender and Refugee Studies
Has great primary source materials on gender-based asylum claims, including domestic violence, female genital mutilation, rape, and sexual orientation issues.
Human Rights First
Provides valuable background information about seeking asylum in the United States.
International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission
A great resource for researching country conditions. Has links to useful websites for country conditions searches. Also provides a service where individuals can order country conditions packets for a fee.
IGLHRC and Asylumlaw.org have recently teamed up to make many of IGLHRC's country conditions materials on LGBT and HIV country conditions available online for free by clicking here.
Political Asylum Research and Documentation Service
This website also gives statistical information grant rate of Immigration Judges as well as useful primary source material
