Please note: Immigration Equality no longer publishes the Status Report. Instead, we strive to keep the information on this website updated with the latest changes in immigration law and policy.
The Status Report is a substantive newsletter published by Immigration Equality to fill the critical gap left by other lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) and HIV oriented publications by providing specific information about U.S. immigration law and its discriminatory effect on the lives of those in the LGBT and HIV positive community. It also showcases personal stories about lesbian, gay and HIV+ asylum seekers and binational couples struggling with immigration issues and publicizes the activities of the organization.
