Jessica Klein

Board Chair

Jessica is Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s Head of Pro Bono Practice and has led the Firm’s pro bono program since August 2011. In addition to overseeing the Firm’s broad array of pro bono matters and initiatives, Jessica maintains an active docket of cases in many areas of public interest law, including asylum, domestic violence, habeas litigation and civil rights.

Prior to leading the Firm’s pro bono program, Jessica’s practice at the Firm focused on commercial litigation. Jessica is active in the Firm’s efforts to expand access to justice and serves as Counsel to The New York State Permanent Commission on Access to Justice. She earned her B.A. from Brown University and J.D. from New York University School of Law. Jessica was on the Host Committee for the 2016 Safe Haven Awards.
